M. Gareri: La dernière Conférence annuelle d’ENTO, qui s’est tenue à Tbilissi, était dédiée à des thèmes comme l’éthique, la transparence et la lutte à la corruption. S’agit-il de thèmes en discussion en ce moment au sein du Congrès ? A votre avis, aborder ces questions est une priorité pour le développement de la gouvernance à niveau local en Europe ? [M. Gareri souhaiterait que l’on souligne la cohérence entre les priorités du Congrès et les thèmes en discussion chez ENTO]

The 24th Annual conference and General Assembly will take place on 3 – 4 November 2011 in Tbilisi (Georgia). The event is organised with the co-operation of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe and the international Association “Civitas Georgica”. The theme of the conference is “Healthy Public Organizations: innovative tools for citizen engagement and collaborative policy making in local governments”.

ENTO is pleased to welcome a new member, the Lugansk Center of Postgraduate Education from Ukraine.
The main focus of LCPE is providing a high quality update of qualification, information and advisory help, and the promotion of government services.
The Center provides services of Postgraduate Education, and high quality information and consultation assistance for State and Municipal Government Authorities of Lugansk region and is the only institution in this region that deals with qualification update of officials and executive officers of municipal government.
