The General Assembly of Ento
According to the Statutes, the General Assembly is a meeting of all members of the association. It is convened by the President once a year. The President also convenes extraordinary sessions at the Bureau's request or at the request of one-third of the members entitled to vote. The General Assembly decides the general lines of the association's work. It approves the President's annual report and the financial report from the Treasurer, as well as the association's accounts and annual budget. If you don't have Adobe Reader:

The Bureau
The Bureau is responsible for overall management of ENTO. It has five members, each from a different country. The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities has its own representative in the Bureau.
Bureau members are elected for a period of two years by the membership at the General Assembly, once elected they select the President, Vice-President(s) and the Treasurer from their number.

At a meeting that followed the AGM the Bureau elected (after the GA 4th november 2010) Mr Raffaele GARERI as President, Mr Boris BAKOTA as Vice-President and Treasurer, and Mr. Boris PERIL as Vice-President.
